Beretta BM 62 Complete Specs and Full Gun Specifications

This is the improved version of the Italian BM59 which was designed after the WWII Garand rifle. It used a twenty-round box magazine and has the M1 Garand style military rear sight. It has the unique, integral front gas cylinder assembly that functions as a flashider, manufactured without bayonet lug. The receiver is marked "P. BERETTA / MADE IN ITALY" over the serial number and the left side of the receiver is marked "MOD 62 308 W, BERBEN CORP. NY. NY.", this company was the forerunner of the Current "Beretta USA Corp".
