February 9, 2022This is a real sleeper. Bought for an easy carry personal and hunting weapon in bear country. It’s all metal and solidly constructed. The porting appears to allow .357 mag with minimal operator pain. I was dubious as this is my first Charter Arms weapon.

What is the blue coating?
James, it is the standard "Blueing" which is actually black in color. It is a chemical oxide coating that adheres to the metal for rust protection.
