February 9, 2022I bought this rifle for a introduction to the 35 Whelen cartridge. If I liked it I would think about getting a bolt action in this caliber. I cleaned the rifle good, put a 2.5x20 scope on, and by the way it does come with a one piece dead on scope mount.

February 9, 2022Thanks again Buds! You guys are great! This rifle is a tack driver. I suggest lapping the scope rings first, clean the bore, then add some weight to the hollow butt stock and you're good to go. This CVA Stalker is much better quality than the Scout. The f
