Rear Sight Issue

I live in Colorado where it is not legal to hunt with a muzzle loader with a scope so I was specifically looking for a gun with good open sights The first time I took it out to shoot I was on the paper at 40 yards but high. Since I was looking to sight in

Worked well for a while

I am sending it back to CVA due to the BreechingLever not locking in place with the breechplug in. Thus not allowing the hammer to be engaged. Finally not allowing the gun to fire. I have shot it about 50 times. Now it doesnt work.

Very easy to use. Extremely accurate using 100 grains of Pyrodex and 240 grain Hornady sabots. Shoots bullseyes at 100 yards. Perfect size for women and children
