DIAMONDBACK FIREARMS LLC 300 BO Keymod Diamondback DB15E300ODG DB15 300 BO Keymod Semi-Automatic 300 AAC Blackout/Whisper (7.62x35mm) 16\" 30+1 Magpul CTR ODG Stk Black Diamondback\'s DB15 rifle is made entirely in the U.S.A., starting with the tried-and-true U.S. Military-proven gas impingement system and using only the highest-quality components machined in Diamondback\'s CNC facility. This rifle features a 16\" free-float, melonite-coated, chrome moly barrel with an A2 flash hider. The forged 7075 T6 aluminum receiver has a T-marked A3 flattop. It uses a Magpul CTR buttstock and Mil-Spec buffer tube with a Diamondback aluminum modified 15\" keymod rail and Magpul MOE pistol grip. It comes with a 30-round Magpul PMag with window. I had a lot of indecisive options. I wanted an affordable AR that also had quality.. I found it in the DB15 in .300BlkOut. This rifle out of the package was beautiful. I purchased the OD green.. lets get to business... The finish of this rifle is smooth.

couldn't be happier arrived at my FFL in quickly and was in perfect condition. I wasn't sure about the ODG but in person I'm glad I went with this option over black or FDE. it feels very solid and functions smooth as butter. even though the description is

Jeremy, the upper is switchable with a 5.56/223 upper no problem. I own a similar DB15 but in 5.56 and can attest to quality workmanship. I have just under a thousand rounds through it so far with no issues. I'm currently saving for a DB-10 in 308 or 6.5

Yes. You can convert any standard 5.56 AR-15 to .300 AAC Blackout and vise versa by merely changing only the barrel.
