Hooded post front and 4-position drum rear sights, standard markings and "11/65" date on the left side of the magazine well, trigger group marked "MADE IN GERMANY FOR/SANTA FE DIVISION/GOLDEN STATE ARMS CORPORATION/PASADENA-CALIFORNIA-U.S.A./CAL. 7.62 mm NATO", later style "S/F" marked trigger group with welded tabs (to prevent the installation of an automatic trigger group) and functional paddle magazine release, walnut ventilated and fluted handguard, textured pistol grip, and walnut fixed buttstock with ribbed buttplate.
