Hi Point 4595TS Complete Specs and Full Gun Specifications

Hi-Point's 45ACP carbine has an all-weather, black polymer skeletonized stock with an internal recoil buffer, multiple Picatinny rails, a sling with swivels and a scope base. It has an 9+1 capacity and a quick on/off thumb safety, grip-mounted clip release and last round lock open feature. This carbine comes with a 17.5" barrel for an overall 32" length, and an adjustable peep sight. Other models of this 45 ACP carbine begin with the standard 4595TS and include a forward folding grip, laser, or an optic such as a 4x25 scope, 4xRGB scope, red dot sight. Hi-Point produces affordable, American-made firearms featuring 100% American parts and assembly. Hi-Point handguns are +P rated and accept all factory ammunition. Each comes with a free trigger lock. Unfortunately it is not CA compliant it has a pistol grip "Semi-automatic centerfire rifles that do not have a fixed magazine, but have any one of the following features: o Pistol grip – a grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the firear

James this only takes Hi-Point mags currently. Maybe Hi Point will see the light and modify this to accept "Double Stack" Mags like Glock or Smith & Wesson. budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/83719

Yes it is Danny. The Liberty Civil Defense" +P 78 Grain is a light recoiling and accurate round especially out of this Carbine.

Looks okay to me. Buds lists M1As post 1994 with flash hider or muzzle break as permitted to New Jersey.
