February 9, 2022This rifle is very well made, and the sub MOA claim is true. The Scope was bad right out of the box and I will not review that. The Howa product is machined to close tolerance, yet not with the rough sandpaper feeling with other rifles of this price point

It does not John. It comes with a 22" Chromoly Fluted Barrel with 1:14" Twist with 11 Degree Target Crown. The barrel is not threaded nor has a muzzle brake.
