So , I so glad that Marlin is still alive , with that said , It is a special rifle , but , it looks like a kit gun , as far as the fit goes . I know that it is what it is , the forearm is what is not a good fit . I had waited to order this hoping in time

only issue I have with this rifle is the forearm has play. Everything else is great.

Great brush gun, smooth action, well built and made in America doesn’t get much better than that. A 45/70 will put a smack down on anything you draw a bead on.

My 1895CBA arrived today. I ran a patch down the barrel and went straight to the range. It feeds/cycles Winchester and Hornady ammunition perfectly. Seems to be accurate too. I didn't have time to really fine tune the sights yet. Try again tomorrow! The w
