Built with relentless innovation and American craftsmanship, Noveske's Gen III N4 Afghan Centerfire Rifles have a level of power, speed and accuracy that would dominate on the battlefield. The 14.5", cold-hammer-forged, bead-blasted, stainless steel barrel features a 1/7 rate-of-twist rifling and a Gas Block-Lo-Pro, .750 pinned at the end. It also boasts extensions with extended feed ramps. The Gen-III upper and lower receiver have been precision-machined from 7075-T6 billet for uncompromising durability, and both are finished with a hardcoat type-III anodizing with an Armor Cerakote™ ceramic coating for great looks and optimal protection. The upper receiver features extended feed ramps, a Geissele Super Badass Charging Handle, a shot peened and MP-tested bolt and an auto carrier with staked carrier key. The lower receiver features a clean-breaking ALG Defense ACT trigger group, a mil-spec six-position receiver extension and a staked Noveske QD end plate. The Afghan also sports an NSR-13.5" free-floating handguard with an accessory-ready 1913 top rail. It also boasts the same sleek and protective finish as the upper and lower receivers.
