Fastest to disassemble and clean

For ease of operation this is the much better than the Colt, I like being able to load three extra cylinders and just switch them out at the range, no stopping to reload each chamber. They are very accurate and shoot well.

The fit and finish of this 1858 is exceptional, loading and firing was a breeze, no hangs, no issues, although I'd like a spare cylinder so I have more range time and less loadingcleaning. 5 stars and would like another Pietta.

Picked this up while it was on sale. Also picked up a conversion cylinder for it chambered in 45 Long Colt. Finally got to shoot it today. Shoots great and was grouping well with my hand loads.
