Wish I'd bought one years ago

After years of carrying a Model 11 Remington I wanted a lighter upland bird gun, and this was my choice. So happy I did. It's like carrying a carbine, easy to swing, light after a long trek up hills behind the dogs, and it shoots like a dream. 21-inc

This shotgun arrived in 'as described' condition in a very timely manner, considering the busy holiday season. Customer Service is ALWAYS very helpful. It is a pleasure to do business with Budsgunshop.com.

Purchased this compact shotgun for my son (12 years old) to break clays as the club. I wanted to get a "step up" from his 870 youth pump and went with this semi-auto for skeet. He loves the shotgun - no problems or issues with it. Buds shipping was fast (

Just what I was looking...great compact auto loader that can be a joy to carry all day chasing turkeys! Grew up toting Remington shotguns in 12 gauge and now that I am older-I wanted something lighter more portable and still able to take down a turkey jus

Gun arrived took it out of the box cleaned to to get ready to shoot and u had to take a rubber mallet to get the barrel to seat. After looking I had to take fine steel wool with oil and remove some of the finish where the barrel meets the receiver. Reming

Had an issue with one of the rubber seals not being installed at the factory, Bought it from brownells for like .50 cents, still a silly thing for them to forget. After I put that in it ran like a camp, before that it would only fore one round and not cyc

Overall length / LOP

Unknown 6 years ago

Lyubomyr, Overall length is 40.25" and LOP is 13.25" to 14.25". The gun’s most important feature is the new Remington Adjustable Length of Pull System, providing for a full one-inch of adjustment in increments, utilizing the two 1/4-inch spacers, one 1/2-

I would have to go with the Mossy on this one if you are looking for a tactical/home defense shotgun. If not, the slightly longer barrel of the Remington could be used for the same and for a bird harvest or two as well. Both Mossberg and Remington are pro

2 3/4" shell in 3 "chamber

Unknown 6 years ago

Absolutely yes Terry. The 2 3/4 Shells will actually eject with more vigor (approximately a foot and a half to two feet further than the 3" shells).

Unknown 6 years ago

The main difference is that the 1187 has a gas compensation system that allows everything from light 2-3/4" shells to heavy 3" loads like buckshot and slugs to be fired from the same barrel. For the 1100 you'd need two different barrels. And from a trap s

Not "Drilled and Tapped" Louis. You can use this receiver mount for optics : budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/16305/Aimtech+Black+Scope+Mount+For+Remington+1100%2F1187+20+Gauge

The Pug -T comes with night sights. The same photo is used for both items though.
