February 9, 2022just picked up what appears to be a XCR Tactical Long Range in 300 Win mag. It’s got the stock, the trigger and the fluted barrel but the bolt isn’t done in the nitrate finish nor does the receiver say “tactical”. The serial # reflects a 2006 manufacture
