Chambered in 30-06 Spring, this Remington 740 Woodsmaster is a semi-auto rifle designed for rugged hunting. The Woodsmaster was produced from 1959 to 1980, and Remington took pride in the expert craftsmanship that went into every aspect of the Woodsmaster. This rifle has a 14 1/4" length-of-pull and is equipped with a rail and scope rings and HiViz fiber optic iron sights. A HiViz XCoil recoil pad has been added, and the original buttplate is included.
