I have had numerous 10/22 rifles, I bought this one for my son for Christmas. Academy had them on sale with a free Ruger gun bag. It shoots easy and flawlessly as all of them do, and this one being a 50th Anniversary edition looks really nice.

Got the rifle for Christmas took to the range a week later, double fed the ammo and failed to eject the brass. Sent back to Ruger for service rifle was deemed beyond repair and replacement will be sent estimated time to receive the new rifle 3 weeks. Rifl

I've had my 10/22 since I was 11 years old in 1985, and it is a great all around rifle. I don't ever remember having it hiccup on any type of ammo, and plenty accurate.
