It is not Jim. It is usually listed by vendors as Double Action but can be thumb cocked for Single Action fire.
Mark, no Sir. The 45ACP Cylinder is too short to even chamber the longer 454 Casull round.
No it can’t. If it was marked 454 then it would also be able to fire 45 LC but if it’s not marked 454 it will not fire 454
