Not Typical Ruger Quality

Bought this new at Cabelas. Have put 200 rounds down the pipe and this gun constantly jams. Especially when doing rapid fire. Doesn't matter what brand of ammo, I've used Winchester, sig sauer, and Remington. I'm very sorry that I traded in my Ruger SR9C

Exactly what it says it is !!

Picked up this gun on sale about 3 months ago. I have put approximately 600 rounds through it without any incident at all. Breaks down and cleans up easily and for it size it is fairly accurate at 30 feet. I just fell in love with the included pocket hols

Buying another one

I bought an LCP II for my daughter. I was planning on getting a Kimber for myself. But, after shooting and handling the one I got for her, I've decided to get another one for my daily carry. I have a Sig 239 for a larger more powerful CC gun, but the LCP

Not sure about this one.

It’s small and lightweight which is exactly what I was looking for in a conceal carry handgun. I purchased one from a cabelas store and I have no complaints about cabelas at all, I can’t say I’m happy with this ruger though . It failed on the first shot o

Great little pistol my girlfriend has one and so does my daughter now. Sights are terrible, either need to paint white dots on them or buy a Crimson Trace laser. However it’s a close range pistol designed to get you out of a bad situation, not a target pi

Great carry firearm

This is a pistol that is easy to handle and easy to shoot.Even though it is thin, the grip is good.I think that the trigger is very good–crisp, no grit, short travel..This is the pocket pistol that will do the job.

Fantastic Firearm, Ruger listens!!

I have had this gun for over a year now and have to say I love it. I own multiple Ruger firearms and can say you can never go wrong with them. Ruger listens to the customer. They took an extremely popular gun and with general consensus, made it way better

Excellent choice

I bought the LCP II a month ago and absolutely love it. If I had to take it or my XD 45 into a situation I would rather have the XD. But likely if your looking at this firearm it is for a specific purpose. LCP II is in my opinion the best pocket carry gun

Excellent hand gun!

I bought this gun about 2 years ago. The primary reason was for concealed carry self defense. It has been just what I was looking for. Very small. I pocket carry with the holster that came with it. I carry it almost every day and hardly notice it.

Good pocket pistol

The LCPII isn't my everyday carry. I use in when I need something small and light. I have an original LCP but I wanted something that was easier to shoot. I have shot about 150 rounds through the LCPII and it has not had any malfunctions. I was surprised

Perfect Concealed Pistol

I bought this gun from Bass Pro a few months ago, since then I've put about 300 rounds or so through it. I am extremely impressed with how smooth and easy to use the gun is while also being a very cheap handgun. I didn't have a very large budget and so I

Impressed

Got it for the wifey. Almost feels like a toy in your hand then you chamber a round (with ease) and squeeze the smooth glock like trigger. Shoots great feels great , wifey loves it. Win win. Comes with a pocket holster so she started carrying right away.

I haven't fired it yet, But even though the process of buying a gun has become very complicated, the people at Cabelas were very friendly and helpful.

Ok,here's the lowdown on the Ruger lcpII

I own all three lcps. Original, custom, and now the II. Bought the LCP original about 5 years ago. At the time it was just good. Worked. Not great, but ok. Then I bought the custom. Very impressive with the red trigger, and much better sights. Did the job

Excellent Pocket Gun

I recently purchased a Ruger LCP II and, in my opinion, it is the best small pocket gun that's currently on the market. With the pocket holster that Ruger includes with the gun it's so comfortable to carry that you will forget you even have it on you. Dra

Highly satisfied

Right out of the box, 6 of 7 in a 5 1/2 inch bull at 30'. No problem with excessive recoil am having some difficulty getting the action to close when loading one round into the barrel, probably. due to unfamiliarity with the piece.

Good

Great pocket gun, very light!!! On the downside it's not fun to shoot and stings the palm a bit. That is a sacrifice you need to make if you want a pocket light gun. I do highly recommend the sig p238 very sweet gun yes I know it costs twice as much as LC

Vastly improved over LCP1

Trigger is night and day better. Cycles smoothly with no issues so far. 200 rounds. Added the Kel Tec clip for the smoothest concealed carry possible. Love this little gun. Hated first Gen. Solid pocket carry pistol

All sorts of issues with feeding, ejecting, and manually cycling. I did research and found many people having issues with the LCP 2. I sent mine back for a refund.
