The Ruger 308 Compact has the same well-balanced, quick-handling, 20" barrel as the Compact Magnums it is just not a magnum. Also featuring Walnut stock and satin blued barrel. The satin finish has a brighter finish than the matte but does not have a glossy shine.

Houawa, unfortunately, it is out of stock at Buds.

Probably not. The Sig 238 or Kimber Micro both in 380 would though. I work at a public range and get to see people struggle daily with firearms and the ladies like these little pistols. The Beretta Tomcat works well too but the trigger is a bit harde for
