Shipping was slightly delayed. Gun was recieved in perfect condition. As far as shooting it. It is a Ruger single action 44 mag. 4.62 inch barrel. All I can say is OUCH!!! It bites. Make sure you have a shooters glove just in case.

Fit and finish poor, Grip frame fit poor with long sharp edges. Trigger gritty and long creep. Rough tool marks or no attempt to finish out the casting marks. Very rough ruger! Returned to factory and many of the issues corrected with speedy service. Stil

Well I finally got to shoot my new .44 mag Blackhawk. I'm sorry to say I'm disappointed with it. :( On the second shot the cylinder locked up due to the "base pin" (cylinder pin) coming loose from the locking base pin assembly and sliding forward alongsid

All the weight is in the cylinder, you take the cylinder out it weighes very little. There were some sharp edges which I sanded, hammer and trigger shrould. Thanks to SS steel don't have to send back. Handle on gun is pretty small if you have big hands. N

this has to be one of my favorite pistols ever. its an accurate hand cannon i personaly changed grips to houge overmolds but that was just to save my nuckels.
