February 10, 2022Absolute tack driver, loves 168gr Sierra Matchkings and puts 5 shots in a ragged hole at 100 yards. I topped mine with a Leupold MK4 and it performs amazingly well. Bolt isn't buttery smooth but manageable. One additional point, this rifle accepts the Mag

February 10, 2022I'm beyond happy with the rifle. Fit and finish is outstanding. I don't reload so I've only shot factory ammo through this rifle, but so far of the 4 brands and weights I've used I'm getting the best groups from Federal 168gr Sierra Matchking. I'm waiting

February 10, 2022FAST, FAST AND FAST!!!! The beast was at my FFL within 3 days in mint condition. This rifle so far is great. I have fired 75 rounds so far and my worst grouping at 100 yards is 3.5" 5 shot group.....OFF HAND! from a supported position like sand bags or pr

February 10, 2022Gun is beautiful, action is smooth, fantastic trigger pull, and the chassis is great! The only thing I see myself changing out is the Stock, but much rather they use a lower price stock to keep the price point down. Looking forward to many fun days ahead!

February 10, 2022Got my Stealth and I am very happy with it. I have sighted at 50 yards and with two shooters and maybe 15 shots; one ragged hole and a couple of outliers but truly amazing accuracy out of the box. I installed Nikon p-308 3x12 with Nikon shade an old Harr

February 10, 2022I am very pleased with the quality of this rifle. Finally got to dial it in at the range and both my wife and I had no problem getting sub_moa groups using 168gr HPBT. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

February 10, 2022The rifle shot well at the range, but I noticed all the problems the first time I cleaned it. I took a closer look at the bore after I couldn't push a nylon brush thru it. The barrel was extremely pitted and had really deep machining marks in the rifling

February 10, 2022Gun shoots as good as my shilen barreled savages and that is impressive to me. .25-.500 5 shot groups at 100. Hit 100% on steel from 500 to 800 yards. I'm sure at 1000 yards it would do great too but without any moa built into the base I ran out of adjust

that is you choice but I like the added benefits of team buds like layaway on used guns
I like the stealth you picked. The SIG M400 is a very nice NY rifle but 200yards is out there. I'd go with this Stealth if you like it. You'll find a few other NY compliant 7.62s but the price is near double this one. If you can accept the ergonomics and
Look at the Savage 11 Long Range Hunter. I just bought one from Buds and even in 107 degree heat the first 2 groups at 100 yards with 6.5 Creedmoor Winchester 140 match ammo went into slightly elongated holes. Less than .5 MOA budsgunshop.com/catalog/prod

Richard, stock has gotten low. As stock levels rise and fall, so does prices as well. You can save hundreds if you learn to play the "Stock Level" game at Buds.
Unfortunately the design on this particular stock is symmetrical Leonard. I don't know if this is a deal breaker for you or not. Nice rifle though.

Mine took six months and they sent me a prepaid card. If you use the same computer as you registered on it will probably remember your information depending on browser settings. I looked mine up several times. Never found any reason for it taking 4 months
Michael - Haven't had any experience with Savage, but have with other manufacturers, and sometimes they do take several weeks after you file for the rebate. This does seem to be a long time, though, and if I were you I would be checking on it. Call Savage
