I purchased the 6.5 Creedmoor Savage 10T-SR, 3 weeks before the $100 mail in rebate! Just my Luck. I down loaded the barrel break in procedures for Savage's website and followed them. The break in went Ok, I was using the Hornady American Whitetail ammo.

Best Gun

I own several top dollar rifles. This Savage is the gun of choice. I have shot my 6.5 well over a mile. It is so consistent that I can have any first time shooters, shoot targets out to 1000 yards.

Stops firing after few shots

Rediculously accurate for the money

I got my Savage 10t-SR in 308. I upgraded the stock to a Choate tactical, added a muzzle brake, switched out the scope mount for a low rise set by Eotech for perfect cheek weld and topped it with a Burris XTR 25X scope. All said and done I have about $200

i bought this rifle in 223 rem due to ammo cost. after about the third shot you have to push the front of the magazine up and flush with the bottom of the rifle because it floats downward as you shoot and will cause a misfeed or a jam. the mag does not in

Nice Rifle
