Very nice gun!!! Shoots really good, but haven't shot a deer with it yet, because I went and got me a Mossberg 300 and shot my last deer with that. MAYBE I'll try the Savage this year just to see how it does. Still love it as a rifle to own!!!

The rifle was received with in days of placing my order and after inspection and cleaning, it was off to the range. I decided not to have it bore scoped and with in 5 rounds at 25 yards had it zero'ed in. Three more rounds at 100 yards and it was dead on.

Great gun other than the fact that I'm having trouble getting the magazine out after seating it in place. I didn't notice this when I picked it up at my FFL, just made sure it was in the box. I guess I've learned a valuable lesson. I'll see what Savage ha
