There is no doubt on the quality and great reviews on this pistol Randall (There is a reason Sig won the last Militaty Contract for handguns). Standard SAAMI 8mm Target and Self defense ammunition will all run fine. I would recommend a 124gr Hollow Point

Hi William, Yes the 15 round magazine will fit. It is just blocked for 10 round to meet Ca laws. Its the same magazine.
