Only a few hundred rounds fired through this 5" Mod 2, but was immediately impressed by the consistent accuracy and tightness of shot groupings. The grip fits quite well, and the recoil is well managed by the internals.

XD 9 mod.2 service model

This is a very nice well made pistol. It is very accurate right out of the box, and so far very reliable. I have only put 200 rounds through it, and cleaned it once. Cleaning the gun is simple with clear instructions given in the owners manual.

I have the 9mm Mod2 in both 3" and 4". Ergonomics is very good, feeds everything including Critical Defense. It is accurate but trigger has a lot of creep and about 6.7lbs. The huge creep requires a very firm grip to shoot accurately. Love this

The quality build of this is amazing and every bit as stout as my HK VP9. However, the trigger is 6.5lbs, it has a ton of creep and too much over and under travel. Accuracy is only good out to 7ft if you are doing double taps and careful aim about 21feet.
