Noah, no, this is a full size \"Rifle\" due to the Flash Hider being permanently welded on for an overall length of 16 inches. The rifle has a standard Mil-Spec Trigger as well.
Noah, it comes with a standard mil spec trigger group and is not an SBR despite the 14.5" barrel because the flash hider is permanently attached and brings the barrel length over 16".

Adrian, no Sir it is not. A rifle is not considered an SBR if it has a permanently attached Muzzle Device that brings the total barrel length to a minimal of 16 inches. You are good to go on ordering Sir.
no it is not a SBR because it has a 12.5" Barrel w/Pinned and Welded 4.5" Moderator (Aesthetic) w/Grenade Ring Permanently Attached, which makes 17 inches total barrel length
