February 9, 2022RESPONSE BY BUDS: CALLED CUSTOMER TO EXPLAIN OUR POLICY TO HIM. HE ONLY NEEDED TO REFUSE TRANSFER OF THE GUN TO GET HIS CHOICE OF A FULL REFUND OR A NEW REPLACEMENT GUN. BY ACCEPTING THE TRANSFER HE CAUSED THIS TO BECOME A MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY ISSUE.
