The pistols are identical other than the Magazine Capacity Cody and the price difference is that there are way more of the 15rd model in stock than the 10rd model which accounts for the large price difference currently. Prices are tied to stock level at B

It will Kenneth. This barrel is stamped 308 which is the "Higher Pressure" counterpart to the 7.62 NATO loading so it will fire the 7.62 just fine.
